I was just thinking… since I can’t be in Korea this December, would it be possible to have a sort of ‘Korean’ Christmas in Singapore?
Afterall, we have lots of K Pop concerts, most of the Korean cosmetic brands and certainly alot of Korean restaurants. Of course, we don’t have the cold and the snow.
What do you think?
What activities or places would you recommend to people (like me) who can’t be in Korea now and would like to have our ‘kimchi’ fix? Leave your suggestions here or on on my facebook or twitter.
Although we do not have the Ice Rink at Seoul Plaza to show off our skating skills (if any!!), we can go to the ice skating park inside the Kallang Leisure Mall. Imagine yourself skating like송혜교 (Song Hye Gyo) or 정수정 (fx Krystal). It’ll be even better if we could have 정용화 (Jung Yong Hwa) as our instructor. Thereafter, proceed to 주신청(Ju Shin Jung Korean Charcoal BBQ Restaurant) for a sumptuous dinner sampling their 삼겹살, 김치찌게, 순두부찌개 etc., so yummilious….
Hi Jacqueline. That’s some great ideas. ^^ I like the part about imaging Yong Hwa as my instructor. Hehe! Will be writing some articles soon. Watch out for them.
