I think you have to be there early cause some fans are going to overnight outside the shop, once the shop open, they will rush to the customer service counter to exchange the poster. The shop open 10am to 10pm. 😀
Erm, if you're not queueing up for the autograph session , are you allowed to go up to the 3rd level ?
i would like to know more details on beg arrival on the 25th february. what time will they be reaching

I'm afraid I don't have the answers for you as I'm not the organiser. I would assume that if it's really crowded, then they may stop those who are getting the posters from going up. I guess it all depends on the crowd that night…if it's going to be chaotic.
The space up there is not too bad. Should be able to accomodate a couple of hundred of people. J8 has hosted many big stars event before. There is however, only one entrance.
