The June issue of Premiere magazine has a special photo supplement. Beautiful photos of some of the more popular artistes in the Korean entertainment today. I like….^^
Photos from Premiere, June issue
Jang Dong GunOK, please don’t throw any tomatoes at me but I was not impressed with
‘The Promise’. Not the actor’s fault. The script and the whole movie was just errr…. Hopefully
‘Typhoon’ will restore my faith. (Ok, another gangster role or rather in this case, a pirate, but still rugged and unkempt).
Kwon Sang WooI think this is what most Kwon Sang Woo’s fans like to see… where he captured many girls’ hearts in
‘Stairway to Heaven’. Last seen in the romcom,
‘Youth Comic‘ or
‘Almost Love’ (as it is called here in Singapore) together with Kim Ha Neul. He gets to show off his 6-pecs again in the movie. : )
Those who have seen the movie…any comments? As good as their first movie ‘My Tutor Friend’?
Kang Dong WonI still like him in the movie,
‘Temptation of the Wolves’. That was a great movie! He was beautiful in
‘The Duelist’ but I didn’t quite understand the movie.
His latest movie with Lee Na Young should be released in October in Korea, according to Darcy’s site. In the movie, Kang Dong Won plays a murderer on a death role (read- rugged and unkempt.. AGAIN!). But I think the teaming should be good.
And lastly, one of my strong favourite…
Lee Joon KiLee Joon Ki’s movie,
‘The King and the Clown’ will open in Singapore on the 22nd June and boy am I excited. Read
here for more information. I will write more about it later but in the meantime, here are some gifs created by nice Lee Joon Ki fans and uploaded by thunderbolt on soompi. Enjoy!
Kwon in Almost Love is mesmerising in the bathing scene..such fair skin but toned abs..plus there’s a scene where they get to demonstrate their strength..absolute eye-wash..bad hair days though..
If wanna watch him as an actor not a movie star, can try Running Wild..
But I’d still prefer him in My Tutor Friend comparable to Almost Love, perhaps it’s the chicken growing eggs scene tat got to my heart..or tat part where he changed into his clothes wearing only his trunks tat mark his first impression to me..kaka..or the part where the tutor almost ate his exam result..or the fighting scenes..well..too many to mention..
Anyway, eye candy is eye candy..
😉
Hi Angie..
Thanks for dropping by. I watched Running Wild sometime ago and did a review of it on my blog. But I felt that the film was too violent for the sake of being violent.
As for Almost Love, yes, I agree it’s really bad hair day.
He is probably the best in My Tutor Friend though if you really want just eye candy, you should watch his drama, ‘Into the Sun’. He’s really dashing in a navy uniform, but not great acting though as it’s one of his earlier drama. ^^
